No ISO 37001, no SPKK.

AISO Management Sdn Bhd is an ISO 37001 consultant in Malaysia for CIDB G7 contractors who need certification for SPKK.

From 1 January 2027, CIDB G7 contractors need ISO 37001 to apply for or renew SPKK. No SPKK means no government tenders. AISO builds your anti-bribery management system with your team and gets you certified before your SPKK date, anywhere in Malaysia.

What the rule means for you

CIDB Pekeliling Bil. 1/2026

ISO 37001 for G7

G7 contractors need ISO 37001 for new and renewed SPKK from 1 January 2027.

SPKK

No certificate, no tender

Without a valid SPKK you cannot bid for government works. Plan from your SPKK expiry date.

MACC Act s.17A

Adequate procedures

A certified ABMS is strong evidence of the adequate procedures Section 17A asks for.

Foreign contractors

PPKA and SPKKA too

Foreign contractors registered at G7 face the same rule. SPKKA already asks for ISO 9001.

Integrated

Add it to your ISO 9001

Build ISO 37001 into your existing 9001, 14001 or 45001 system: one manual, one internal audit.

Live

Records that stay current

Gift register, due diligence and training records kept live, so surveillance audits become routine.

Questions G7 contractors ask us

Is ISO 37001 compulsory for CIDB G7 contractors?

Yes. Under CIDB Pekeliling Bil. 1/2026, G7 contractors must hold ISO 37001 for new SPKK applications and SPKK renewals from 1 January 2027.

What if my SPKK renewal is after 1 January 2027 and I am not certified?

Your application or renewal can be refused, and without SPKK you cannot tender for government works. Start now, because audit slots fill up near the deadline.

How long does ISO 37001 certification take?

Many contractors need a few months from kick-off to certificate. WhatsApp us your SPKK expiry date and we plan backwards from it.

Do you serve G7 contractors outside the Klang Valley?

Yes. Same team and same G7 rate in every state, including Kedah, Penang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.

Do foreign contractors at G7 need ISO 37001?

Yes. Foreign contractors registered with CIDB at G7 face the same requirement. We serve them in English, BM and Chinese.

Can ISO 37001 be combined with ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001?

Yes. We build it into your existing system as one integrated management system.

Your SPKK date decides your start date.

WhatsApp us your SPKK expiry date. We reply with a dated plan and the G7 rate.
