Malaysia's AI-first ISO consultancy

ISO consultants who get you certified, then keep you audit-ready.

AISO Management is an AI-first ISO consultancy in Malaysia for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 20 more standards. We build the system with your team and use AI to automate the processes behind it across the whole company, not only the ISO paperwork. Our own software, BUKTI, keeps the records current after the certificate arrives.

Why companies choose AISO

  • Fixed price and a dated plan before you sign
  • BUKTI software included, so the system keeps running after certification
  • Documents and training in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
  • HRD Corp registered training provider, courses claimable

AISO is a consultancy, not a certification body. Certificates are issued by independent accredited certification bodies. The names above describe our consultants' audit experience and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Anyone can pass an audit they saw coming.

The audit is announced, so you prepare and you pass. Your customers rely on that certificate every other day of the year. AISO builds the system properly, then BUKTI keeps the evidence current, so it holds up on an ordinary Tuesday.

An auditor checks one day a year. Your customers rely on it the other 364.

364 days with evidence on file

Two people carry the certificate. Neither should be rebuilding it the night before.

The Boss

Your certificate is a promise you made to strangers.

Tender boards and buyers say yes because of it, and not one of them will ever walk your floor. If the system behind it only runs in audit week, you are carrying a risk that shows up on no report. Fixed price, dated plan, and a system that keeps working after we leave.

The QMR

Nobody should be chasing signatures at 11pm.

Rebuilding records the night before an audit is not quality work, and you know that better than anyone. BUKTI files the evidence as the work happens, so you walk in with proof instead of a story. That is the QMR 2.0 job, and we train you for it.

Bukti means proof. That is the whole idea.

Most consultants leave you with binders and a calendar reminder. BUKTI reads your procedures, maps them to the clauses, and files the evidence as the work happens. When someone asks mana bukti, you open a screen instead of a cupboard.

You, the QMRLeading, not filing

BUKTI, built by AISO in Malaysia. Bukti means proof.

Five steps from first call to certificate.

  1. 01

    Gap analysis

We visit or meet online, review what you already have, and map every clause you still need. You get a written plan with dates.

  2. 02

    Documentation

Policies, procedures, forms, and records built around how your company actually works, not a template pack.

  3. 03

    Implementation

We train your people, run the new processes with them, and fix what does not fit before the auditor sees it.

  4. 04

    Internal audit and management review

A full dress rehearsal. Findings closed, evidence filed, management review minuted.

  5. 05

    Certification audit support

We sit with you through Stage 1 and Stage 2, answer the auditor's questions, and close any findings fast.

Who we work with.

Every certificate we deliver starts with an industry we already know.

Questions we hear every week.

What does an ISO consultant actually do?

An ISO consultant assesses your current processes against a standard's clauses, closes the gaps with documentation and training, and prepares your team for the certification audit. At AISO we run gap analysis, build the management system with you, train internal auditors, and sit alongside you through the certification body's Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits until the certificate is issued.

Do we need a consultant, or can we do it ourselves?

Small teams sometimes pass Stage 1 without outside help, but most Malaysian SMEs find the clause interpretation, documentation load, and internal audit cycle heavier than expected on top of daily operations. A consultant shortens the timeline and avoids the rework an auditor would otherwise flag. If you already have a quality manager with prior ISO experience, self-implementation is possible; most companies still find a consultant faster and cheaper overall.

Which certification body should we use?

Choose a certification body accredited by the Department of Standards Malaysia (DSM) or an equivalent international accreditation your buyers recognise, such as SIRIM QAS International or an accredited multinational body if you export to markets that specify one. We are independent of every certification body, so we help you compare pricing, audit slots, and sector experience, then manage the relationship through Stage 1 and Stage 2.
