Internal audit and maintenance

Audit and maintenance

Already certified but the system only wakes up before the surveillance audit? We run the internal audit, close the findings, and keep the records current all year.

Who it's for

  • Certified companies without a trained internal auditor
  • Companies that received major findings at the last surveillance audit
  • Groups with several sites that need consistent audits
  • Management representatives who need an independent second pair of eyes

What you get

Annual internal audit
Planned, conducted, and reported by an independent auditor with findings graded and root-cause guidance.
Management review pack
Agenda, inputs, minutes, and actions in the order the standard requires.
Surveillance readiness check
Four weeks before the certification body visit: records, calibration, training, and CAPA status reviewed.
CAPA coaching
We work the open corrective actions with owners until they are closed with evidence.

How it works

  1. System health check

Half-day review of the current status and the last audit report.

  2. Audit plan

Scope, schedule, and auditors agreed with management.

  3. Internal audit

On site or remote, one to three days depending on size.

  4. Findings and review

Report, CAPA support, and management review facilitation.

  5. Ongoing maintenance

    Quarterly check-ins, optionally through BUKTI.

FAQ

Can you be our internal auditor every year?

Yes. Many clients retain us as their outsourced internal auditor. Independence from the process being audited is a requirement of the standards, and an external auditor satisfies it cleanly.

What if the certification body already found problems?

We start from their report, fix the root causes rather than the symptoms, and prepare the evidence pack for the follow-up.

How much notice do you need before a surveillance audit?

Four to six weeks is ideal. We can do a two-week rescue, but the earlier we start the more we can fix.

Do you cover all our standards in one audit?

Yes, integrated audits for 9001, 14001, and 45001 together are common and cheaper than three separate ones.
